Regional Appellation:

Bourgogne

Wine is vinifying and produce
in « foudre » to keep all the coolness and the fruit during approximately 9 months. This wine has a beautiful brilliant color, of a brillant cherry red bursting cherry. The bouquet delighted at once by the multitude fruity fragrance which make
unique « Pinot Noir ».

Accompaniment:

In Summer, it will marry marvellously all your barbecues.
Serve between 11 and 13°C.

Appellation village :

Savigny les Beaune

Wine is vinifying and produce in oak bole during approximately 15 months. Of a cherry red deep color, the wine of Savigny is limber, everything in sharpness, fruity and pleasant.

Accompaniment:

any roasted meat and why not
a « Marchand de vin » rib steak.

Volnay

Wine is vinifying and produce in oak bole during approximately 15 months. Brilliant and crystal clear ruby, with red fruits fragrance at nose. Silky and elegant in mouth, one find the fruit.

Accompaniment:

Roasted quail, Rabbit with garden peas...

Appellation 1er Cru :

Savigny les Beaune 1er Cru

Our « Premier Cru » are all produce in oak bole during approximately 15 months. Serve these wines between 15 and 17°C. Of a unclouded and bright cherry red, our
« Premier Cru » from Savigny have generally an intense nose marked by fruity notes.

Accompaniment:

any wildfowl without forgetting the traditional dishes: « Bœuf Bourguignon », « Jambon à la Lie », « Poulet Gaston Gérard ».

Each has its personality:

  • Les Fourneaux: vineyard being situated near Pernand where from the presence of light tannins. It’s a powerful wine Specification sheet

  • Les Lavières: Generous in mouth, supported by fine tannins and by magnificent fruity flavours, perfect balance. Specification sheet

  • Les Peuillets: It emits red fruits aromas with a slightly peppered note. Ropy and Roudness make of this wine a pleasure.

Pernard Vergelesses 1er Cru "Les Vergelesses"

« Premier Cru » Pernand has a beautiful Burgundian ruby with an explosive nose of red fruits.
It is the wine which need to become refined before offering all its charm.

Accompaniments:

any wildfold or any other game, without forgetting the traditional dishes: « Bœuf Bourguignon », « Jambon à la Lie »,
« Poulet Gaston Gérard ».

 

Beaune 1er cru « Clos du Roi »

Of a brilliant always, the Beaune 1er Cru "Clos du Roi" has a fruity and greedy nose. Very elegant and subtle wine, it offers the charm of the palace of crunchy fresh grapes.

Accompaniment :

white meat (poultry, veal), red or braised meat, and any game animals or birds.

Appellation Grand Cru :

Corton Grand Cru "En Charlemagne"

Wine vinified and aged in oak barrels for 16 months. Dark red and deep, toasted with a large aromatic palette.

Accompaniment :

Woodcock outbreak or leg of wild boar.
