Meursault
Aged wine in oak barrels for about 10 months.
It displays a mineral character, fat, buttered and fruity with notes of toasted almonds on the finish. A Meursault matures slowly and for a long time.
Accompaniment:
Asparagus ragout with morels, lobster or grilled prawns. But also delicately cooked white meats.
