Our 1st Crus are all aged in oak barrels for about 15 months.

Serve these wines between 15 and 17 ° C.

In a limpid and brilliant cherry red, our first Savigny Crus generally have an intense nose marked by fruity notes.

Accompaniment:

All feathered game without forgetting the traditional dishes: beef bourguignon, ham with dregs, Gaston Gerard chicken.

The Peuillets: it emerges aromas of red fruits with a slightly peppery note. The fatness and roundness make this wine a pleasure.
